This class focuses on project organization. This includes a range of things including organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development. Organization structure defines project roles as well as its responsibilities and reporting relationships. Students will also learn communication management techniques they can use for motivation, conflict resolution and negotiation situations. Participants will also study project integration -- a coordination function of the project manager requiring effective human resource and communication.
