In this course, students will review the risk management process by examining different techniques used to measure uncertainty. Participants will also create a portfolio of risk management techniques and review various forms of risk management information systems (RMISs). Students will also prepare an annual risk management report for the class. Other topics covered include traditional risk management decision heuristics, ethical decisions, net present value analysis, benchmarking and multiple-attribute decision modeling.
