Contract Validity Courses

In this course, students will learn and address the final three requirements for creating a valid contract: legality of the subject matter, contractual capacity and contractual intent. Participants will also be introduced to the concept of a breach of contract and possible defenses.

Students will discuss the various elements of a contract with an emphasis on how each interacts with others to form the final contract. Contractual elements include everything from legality of subject matter, contractual capacity, contractual intent and mutual assent. The concept of breach of contract and defenses will also be discussed in this course.

Students have now completed the essential building blocks portion of this course. They are familiar with the six required elements for a valid contract and understand breach of contract and available defenses.
